FIFA president, Gianni Infantino, has today launched FIFA regional development bureau for East Africa in Kigali, the capital of Rwanda.
Somali Football Federation president, Abdiqani Said Arab, was among several FAs presidents, who were invited to attend the inaugural gathering of the new FIFA development office for East Africa.
The launch of the regional office comes after FIFA and the host country Rwanda agreed that the office which was previously accommodated in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia be moved to Rwanda.
FIFA president, Gianni Infantino, who addressed at the inaugural ceremony of the regional office, said that FIFA focuses on whatever it can do to develop football adding that the launched office will be the heart of the regional East Africa football development.
