The Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia, Mr. Hamza Abdi Barre, who inaugurated the new building of the Somali Immigration and Citizenship Agency, pointed out that the immigration and citizenship agency is the face of the nation.
The construction of this well-equipped center contributes to the efficiency and fulfillment of the duty of providing important services to the nation, and the Prime Minister inspected the components of this new center, and thanked the governments of Denmark, Norway, and the UK. and Finland, which supported the government in the construction of this facility.
Mr. Hamse Abdi Barre, pointed out that the move to build this center shows the pace of development of this institution and the strengthening of basic services for the people.
Prime Minister Hamse, who praised the staff of the agency for their good work for the Somali community, urged the authorities and employees of the Somali Immigration and Citizenship Agency, saying, “You must protect the laws and work efficiency of the citizens you serve.” You must continue to develop the work process that is important for economic development and security”.
The inauguration ceremony of the new headquarters of the Somali Immigration and Nationality Agency was attended by officials from the two councils of government, the former directors of the agency and the governor of Banadir region and the mayor of Mogadishu.
