The Ministry of Youth and Sports Somali federal government, organized the national Independence Day football games match 1 July 2025 match between two teams, Horseed and Dekedaha national league team. In the celebration of the 65th anniversary, Somalia national Independence Day is marked football match held in the Somalia national stadium the match was one of the hottest so far in the year. Horeseed football club beat the Dekedaha football club 1-0, where the trophy is awarded to the Horseed football club.
