Somali federal government president HH Dr Hassan Sh Mohamud opened New Mogadishu hyper investment program in Hawaay area, outskirt of Mogadishu. This program new Mogadishu, will be one of the largest investments made in the country in the last decades, costing hundreds of millions of dollar from the private sector in Somalia
The Mayaor of Banadir region Mr. Hassan Mohamed Hussein and the federal state president Hirshable Mr. Ali Gudlawe, participated the opening and jointly laid down the foundation stone in the land. This program is part of the FGS vision for the development the private and public sector in Somalia. This public program will be invested by the private sector.
New Mogadishu hyper investment program will consist of residential areas, business malls, markets, recreational places that may accommodate thousands of families in madden buildings that has all necessary infrastructures, services and facilities for living places.
New Mogadishu hyper investment program includes public infrastructure, airport and a seaport, which will have modern service that can work better and serve for thousands of people per day unlikely the current infrastructure based in Mogadishu very narrow area and old design will be relocated after the construction is finished
